1 PM | Reception 

1:30 PM | Welcome and introduction to Leuven Without Racism 
The alderman for diversity and equal opportunities welcomes you. You will get an overview of what the city is doing against racism.  

2 PM | Lecture by Birsen Taspinar 
Author and clinical psychologist Birsen Taspinar talks about the impact of racism and shares concrete tips: 

• How do you create a safe space where racism can be discussed?

• How do you support people who experience racism?  

4 PM to 5:30 PM | Networking moment and information market 
Share experiences and discover the offerings of expert organizations on racism, discrimination, inclusion, and polarization.
